The Soon to be released, 740-EPC Series of coaxial probe holder that has an embedded PC card to allow active and passive components to be integrated within the probe design. This Series can be customized by allowing with customer to order unique PC boards for specific probing applications.
The PC boards can be offered in a variety of materials including FR4 and Rogers. The Rogers may require a MOQ or NRE due to the minimum panel lot size requirements.
This Series is designed for those who need precise control of the signal at the probe level for:
- pulse drive and sense applications
- low current switching matrix
- multi-mode signal applications
The probe contact is available in:
- 34 mil OD coaxial - 50 ohm - tungsten core to allow etch probe contact.
- 47 mil OD coaxial - 50 ohm - BeCu core to allow etch, or customized series resistor, ceramic strip line probe, APT Soft-Touch contact probe.
- 140 mil OD twin axial 100 ohm - BeCu core to allow etched, or cleaved contact probe for differential probe measurements.
- Other ceramic, or PCB probe assemblies as needed.
This series of probe is designed from the ground up per your applications requirements. The list price is a starting point and depending on the configuration, quantity, engineering labor investment, could increase or decrease.
